The MultiMarket Index Trading System ("System") goal is to provide superior risk adjusted returns by investing in multiple stock market segments as they rotate in and out of favor. Currently, the System primarily trades the S&P Mid-Cap 400, S&P 500, Russell 2000 indices either long or inverse. If more than one index model indicates that an investment should be made, a proprietary dynamic allocation system dictates the optimum investment allocation for the following trading day. Therefore, it is possible to be invested at any one time in several stock mutual funds that emulate or correlate to the market segments. In addition, it is possible to be simultaneously long one index and inverse another index. We believe that the System provides the potential for greater long-term investment results and lower volatility by dynamically allocating across multiple stock market segments through short-term trading.
